Kennecott Family Day

We were able to go to Kennecott Family Day again this year. It was fun. We climbed on all kinds of giant machinery and at the top by the visitor's center we were able to look over the edge and see Grandpa in his truck. He pulled over and got out to wave at us. We all thought it was pretty cool. Uncle Tony let me, Ali and Zach talk with Grandpa on the radio. Now that was cool!

This is what dad did while we were away. Now don't let him fool you....he does love that dog and cat. HA HA!

When Grandpa got home from his shift, we went to see him and tell him how much fun we had.

Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House

We were able to go to the temple open house with our good friends Joanie and Brad.
So beautiful and a wonderful feeling inside....especially when you can share it with those you love.

Ali and Zach loved the chance to ride the cart our to our car instead of having to walk. A highlight of theirs.

YW Camp

I loved girls camp! It was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. I will always remember and cherish it. July 20th through the 23rd. We had a blast!!

I had so much help and support. It was great! Dave was also extremely helpful and supportive, I couldn't have done it without him or my awesome assistant Candy.

Family Hike to Solitude Lake July 10th

I am only 2 months behind...July 10th now it's September 10th. It seems that is just the way it is for me this year.

I had the privilege to be the Young Women's Camp Director this year with our church.

In getting ready for camp we decided to go on the hike that I would be taking the girls on so there weren't any surprises and I would know what I was doing when the time came.

We had such a great time as a family. My kids loved it. After we were done, Ali asked if we could go on a hike every weekend. I am glad she enjoyed it so much, and happy that she loves the outdoors and can appreciate the beautiful world that was created for us to enjoy.

I also tried to figure out the settings on my camera. Wish I could remember which each setting was that I used now that I took the same picture with different settings, I don’t know which is which, but I like how some of them turned out.

I also like Zach's blue Gatorade lips...those lips really stand out in the photos. HA!
