Dad Had to Work...We Got To PLAY

Every year Dave gets to go to St. George for a Water/Wastewater Seminar for work. This is for continuing education required for his job. We have been trying to tag along with dad so we can spend some much needed time together. This year we had so much fun and great quality time together. Of course Alicyn and Zachary are water babies, so they were in the pool every day. The weather was nice and one day when Dave was out of classes early we drove to Las Vegas so the kids could play it up at Circus Circus. Zach keeps asking if we can go back to the circus. I corrected him the first time trying to explain that the circus and Circus Circus are two different things. Anyway it was an awesome week.

Zach is a poor loser. When we were playing the games I tried to wait until it was just he and Ali playing so one of them would win "the prize". Well just before we were getting ready to leave we played a game where you roll a ball and depending on what hole it lands in determines on how far your horse would travel up on the board. I believe there were about 10 people playing. Well we lost all three games of course and Zach had a little bit of a melt down on the way to the car. Those people are so rude! I didn't win! He cried all the way to the car and then some, I knew it was mostly because he was tired...which you will see was the end result. He passed out in the car about a block after we started driving.
